My passion for Wellness led me to train as a Naturopath, Remedial Massage Therapist and Yoga Teacher/Therapist. While I loved all the modalities, teaching Yoga became my passion and I’ve loved individualising Yoga practices to accomodate the needs of the various students I’ve worked with during the past 20+ years.
However, during this time, I became caught in the trap of doing too much. There were long days of teaching, continued study, lots of travel and all the business related things that needed to be done as a solopreneur. Somehow “busy” and “obligation” work had crept into my world. As a result, my health took a downward decline and I recognised that several things in my life needed to change. That’s when Wellness & Lifestyle options became my Number One priority.
Making the necessary changes to up level wasn’t easy - because I’d been on that downward treadmill for too long. I was fatigued and it took time to recalibrate my energy, and overall wellness. I’d lost my vision and passion for supporting other women who were on a similar path. That’s when I knew I had to bring more focus to my Personal Growth commitments, so I could rise above all the busyness and obligation work I’d been doing. It was time to start living my Life’s work.
