The Movement with Erin Stutland 

The Movement is an amazing App - designed for all levels - that provides mindful workouts, meditations, Soul Strolls and more to help you step into more confidence and feel more grounded on a daily basis.

Workouts range in length from around 5-10 mins all the way to 40-60 mins, and you can choose between Gentle Yoga, to Strengthening to Low Impact Cardio, and soooooo much more.

Soul Strolls are our favourite.  We use them on our walks for inspiration, motivation and simply to get the day off to a great start.  Listen to awesome upbeat music and repeat affirmations selected by Erin for the theme of the Soul Stroll.
