Join Cari on a Live Zoom class each Monday morning (6.30am AEST), and have access to the recording to repeat the class through the week at a time that suits you. - First Monday of the month at Midday (AEST) join us for a Virtual Cuppa & Chat. Connect with each other, while enjoying a beverage and lunch or some nibbles of your choice. We all have wisdom to share, so each month we'll have a topic to discuss, so that we all grow and learn from each other. If you can't make it to the Live Cuppa time, a recording of the introduction will be available so you can give consideration to the topic later, via your journalling, meditations or reflections.
- First Friday of the month - we'll get together for a Relax & Unwind class - this is a great way to transition from the week into the weekend. You'll have access to the recording to repeat through the remainder of the month.
